How long does an exterior repaint typically take?

The time required for most residential exterior painting projects ranges from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the size of the house, the condition of the current paint, and the weather. The first step in our exterior paint services is always proper setup, pressure washing, and surface prep, which is the most important factor in the longevity of the finish. Larger commercial buildings will take longer, of course, and we will give you an honest estimate during your free quote.

Our exterior painting service team is fully equipped to handle prep, pressure washing, and weather-appropriate scheduling so the outdoor work aligns with BC's painting season.

Why do you charge for estimates?

Simply put, with today's technology, we can get your price to you by understanding the dimensions. We have been doing this for decades and have uploaded our pricing database to support this effort. If you need us to come and do this for you, we will, and we are very happy to. However, we will charge you $65, which is our hourly rate per painter. When we arrive, we will use the painting pricing calculator in order to determine the price for your project.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all projects we do are warranted for 2 years for workmanship. Our commercial exterior painting services and residential work are built to last because we use top-quality products and adhere to Master Painters Institute (MPI) standards for prep and application. We return to correct anything that does not look right after the work is completed. When you book our exterior house painting service, you can also request a full warranty in writing, and we do the same for larger jobs within the scope of our exterior house painting services.
